SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKING PROTOCOL

To ensure preferred time slots and treatment availability, clients are encouraged to schedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance through our website and to reach out over the phone at +91 ¬¬¬¬¬___________, or at the spa reception. While we welcome walk-in clients, their accommodation depends entirely on service provider availability. If we are at full capacity, alternate time options will be offered at the earliest convenience. All appointments booked through the Website are subject to availability of the specialists, staff, therapists and may be cancelled or rescheduled without notice to the client.

 

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW REGULATIONS

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule the service without incurring a cancellation charge. Cancellations made outside this window or failure to appear for an appointment without prior notice will result in full-service charges being levied.

 

CLIENT FEEDBACK AND GRIEVANCE HANDLING:

If at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. The User and NURI agree to first enter into negotiations to amicably resolve any disputes or claims arising between them out of this agreement in good faith. In the event such negotiation fails, parties agree that such dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be referred to Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of India, 1996. The Tribunal shall comprise of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by mutual consent. The seat of the arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and the arbitration shall be conducted in English. The parties shall mutually agree on a venue in Chennai and procedure for arbitration. The Parties shall share the costs of arbitration equally, however, this does not affect the right of the Arbitrator to award costs to any one Party.
